GDex

My company usually courier documents or parcels using GDex or UPS.
Yesterday something happened when the document sent by GDex did not received by the receiver, but GDex said they had sent it to her house.

1.00pm: The girl called one of the recruitment consultant saying that she had not received the document.
2.30pm : I was asked to call GDex to check the status of the document (Deliver to her house already or not yet). GDex said they will call me back after check with the person in charge.
3.00pm: GDex called, saying that the document had been sent to receiver's house at 10am in the morning.
3.05pm: I called that girl and told her what GDex had told me. She said she will asked all her family because nobody was at her home at 10am.
3.45pm: She called me back, telling me none of her family members received the document.
4.00pm: Called back GDex. Asked them to check who signed to receive the document.
4.30pm: Called them again. They hadn't reached the driver.
5.00pm: They called me, giving me the person's IC# without name.
5.05pm: Call the girl, told her the IC#.
5.25pm: She called, saying none of her family members has this IC#.
5.30pm: She called again, saying that a guy called and the document was with him.

9.00pm: The girl called saying that she had the document already because the guy had put it in her mail box.


So understand? So siapa salah?
I also don't know.
